SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with XEXYMIX PHILIPPINES. This Shipping Policy outlines how and when your order will be processed, shipped, and delivered. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below.

PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding Philippine public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day. During promotional periods, sales, and new product launches, processing may take up to 5 business days. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a separate shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
We currently ship within the Philippines, including Metro Manila, Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao. For destinations outside our standard service areas, additional fees or longer transit times may apply.

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY TIMES
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight of your order. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Metro Manila: 1–3 business days after dispatch
  • Luzon (outside Metro Manila): 3–5 business days after dispatch
  • Visayas & Mindanao: 5–7 business days after dispatch

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, peak season volume, customs processing, courier issues, or events beyond our control.

FREE SHIPPING PROMOTIONS
From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions for orders above a specified amount or during special campaigns. The terms of each promotion will be clearly stated at checkout or on the promotional banner.

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to be updated by the courier.

SHIPPING ADDRESS
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of order placement. XEXYMIX PHILIPPINES is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.

FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPTS
If the courier is unable to deliver your package after the maximum number of delivery attempts, the package will be returned to our warehouse. We will contact you to arrange re-delivery, and additional shipping fees may apply.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
Once your order has been transferred to the courier, title and risk of loss passes to you. However, if your package is lost, damaged, or arrives in unacceptable condition, please contact us at official@xexymix.ph within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and supporting photos (where applicable). We will work with the courier to resolve the issue and process any applicable refund or replacement in accordance with our Refund Policy.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES
For domestic orders within the Philippines, all applicable taxes are included at checkout where required. Currently, we do not ship internationally from this store.

CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS
You may request to change or cancel your order on the same day it was placed, provided the order has not yet been processed for shipment. Once an order has entered processing or has been dispatched, changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed. To request a change or cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at official@xexymix.ph with your order number.
